This Refund and Cancellation Policy regulates the refund and cancellation conditions of subscription plans, credit packages, and other digital services purchased through our PonexMind platform (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform'). By purchasing a service or subscription from our Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the conditions set forth in this policy.
Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment are within the scope of exceptions to the right of withdrawal.
Since our AI tools (text, image, video generation, logo design, and SEO analysis, etc.) are digital and instantly delivered services, legally there is no right of withdrawal or refund option if system resources are used or credit is spent following the purchase transaction.
We care about user satisfaction. Accordingly, in addition to the legal exception above, we evaluate refund requests under the following special conditions:
Unused Accounts: A unconditional full refund is made if a maximum of 14 days has passed since the purchase transaction and no AI tool belonging to the purchased subscription/credit package has been used (no credits spent).
Technical Faults: If you could not use the service you purchased as committed due to a permanent technical error originating from our platform and this situation is verified by our technical team, the amount belonging to the period or credit you could not use will be refunded.
Renewal Fees: For forgotten subscription renewals, a refund process can be initiated provided that an application is made within the first 48 hours starting from the renewal date and no credits/tools have been used during this period.
Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel our monthly or yearly subscription plans at any time by using the Manage Plan or Cancel Subscription button inside your account settings.
Right of Use: When you cancel your subscription, you continue to have access to premium features and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period. At the end of the billing period, your account is transferred to the free plan and no new fee is collected.
Past Period Pricing: No partial refund is made for the past days or unused parts of the canceled subscriptions up to the cancellation date.
One-time purchased credit packages are defined to the user's account from the moment they are purchased and must be used within 30 days; credits are reset at the end of 30 days.
It is strictly impossible to refund credit packages that are defined to the account and used even partially.
To request a refund, you need to follow the steps below:
Send an email to ... over your registered email address. Write 'Refund Request - [Your Username / Order Number]' in the subject line of your email. Briefly state the reason for your refund request in the message body.
Your request will be examined by our technical and finance team and approved or rejected within 3 business days. In case your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the credit card you used for payment. The time for the refund to appear in your account may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
