How to use PonexMind?
To use the tool you need, you first need to become a member, and then purchase a credit package.
How do credits work?
Credits are used to access our AI tools. It states on the page of each tool how many credits will be taken.
How can I buy credits?
After logging in as a member, you can click on the Credits menu from the menu located in the top right and purchase the credit package you want.
How long are credits valid for?
Purchased credits are valid for 30 days. At the end of 30 days, the credit you purchased is reset.
What happens if I get a new credit package before the 30 days are over?
Your current credit is added to the new credit package and 30 days starts anew from the new credit purchase date.
Can I get a refund?
If you have not used the last credit package you purchased, you can get a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
