How do I use PonexMind?
To use the tool you need, you first need to sign up, and then purchase a subscription package.
What is the credit system?
Credits are used to use our AI tools. Each tool's page shows how many credits it uses, if any.
How can I purchase a subscription package?
After logging in, click the subscription package link and purchase the subscription package you want.
How long are credits valid?
Credits are valid for 30 days from the date you purchase the subscription package. At the end of 30 days, your credits are reset.
Can I renew my subscription before the 30 days end?
You cannot renew your subscription before your current subscription period ends.
Can I upgrade to a higher subscription package?
Yes, you can upgrade. The new package's credits and 30-day usage period are added on top of your existing subscription's credits.
Can I get a refund?
A full, unconditional refund will be made if no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase and no credits from the purchased subscription/credit package have been spent. See our Refund Policy for details.
